Instructions
In a high-speed blender, carefully combine the cherry juice, chilled coconut cream, milk of your choice, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Blend on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are fully incorporated.
After blending, give the mixture a taste; if you desire more sweetness, feel free to add an extra drizzle of maple syrup and blend again briefly to combine.
Take two tall glasses and fill each one halfway with ice cubes, making sure there’s enough space for the cherry mixture.
Gently pour the cherry blend over the ice in each glass, filling them to the brim with this luscious concoction.
With a spoon, stir gently to mix the layers slightly while still showcasing the vivid colors of the cherry and creamy blend.
Finish off by garnishing each drink with fresh cherry halves on top for an appealing visual effect.
