Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and fit the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan, poking small holes in the bottom to prevent bubbling.
In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and light corn syrup. Add melted butter and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each addition. Stir in salt.
Fold in toasted pecans and chocolate chips gently until evenly distributed.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and sprinkle additional chocolate chips and pecans on top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until the filling is firm and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
